Granton Woman Arrested for Possession Found Dead

-A Granton woman arrested for possession was found dead earlier this week.Back in June of last year, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant on Timberlane Road in the Township of York. An operating meth lab was discovered in the basement and Jonathan and Elizabeth Tuggle were arrested. Several animals were also removed from the home as were two children, ages 8 and 11. Both Jonathan and Elizabeth had several charges filed against them including possession, criminal trespass, maintaining a drug house, burglary, child neglect and more.
Elizabeth was scheduled to appear for an arraignment in Clark County Court on Thursday, but failed to do so. A body only bench warrant was requested and granted for Tuggle. However, a family member stated Tuggle was found dead. Authorities haven’t released any information including a cause of death.
