Most Clark County ATV/Snowmobile Trails Open

Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 -- 10:33 AM

-The Clark County Forestry and Parks Department has released an update on the county ATV/Snowmobile trails.

Trails maintained by the Neillsville/Granton Trail Busters remain closed. Trail Y from intersection 66 South to Lindsey which is maintained by the Loyal Snow Angels is also closed. All other Clark County ATV & Snowmobile Trails located on both Public and Private lands will remain open for designated use at this time. Overall, the trail base remains in good condition after the last batch of warmer weather. Please be aware that ice does exist and there are a few bare spots so riders are encouraged to ride responsible.

Please note that UTV’s are not allowed on the Clark County ATV Trail system during the winter months, November 1st-May 14th. Clark County trails are subject to periodic closure; for updates on recent closures and/or openings please contact the Forestry and Parks Department at 715-743-5140, or visit the county website at www.co.clark.wi.us for more information.
