Sex Offender to Be Released in Clark County

-A sex offender is going to be released in Clark County on Monday, February 19th.41-year-old Todd McDonald will be residing at N7147 Pelsdorf Avenue in Loyal. McDonald served a sentence for 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. His criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to re-offend. McDonald will be required to comply with requirements of supervised release rules, comply with requirements of life time sex offender registration and comply with requirement of lifetime GPS.
The Clark County Sheriff’s office reminds residents that McDonald is not wanted at this time and this information is not to be used to threaten, intimidate or harass him. They believe an informed public is a safer public.
