Black River Falls Man Enters Plea for Retail Theft

-A Black River Falls man, charged with stealing from several hardware stores, appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, Eric Erickson stole from Ace Hardware in Black River Falls on several different occasions in October and November. After a search warrant was obtained, most of the stolen material was located. Erickson has been charged with four counts of retail theft and one count of receiving or concealing stolen property.
During his court appearance on Monday, Erickson entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He also had a signature bond of $500 set. He’ll be back in court at the end of the month.
