Black River Falls Man Sentenced for OWI

-An Osseo man arrested for OWI with 2 children in the vehicle was sentenced in Jackson County Court on Thursday.According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Anthony Shoemaker was arrested for OWI. He had two children as passengers in the vehicle. They were 4 and 12-years-old. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with a restricted controlled substance with a minor passenger and operating while revoked.
During his hearing on Thursday, Shoemaker pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with a restricted controlled substance with a minor passenger. The two remaining charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation with 60 days jail time. His license was also revoked for 2 years and he must have an ignition interlock device for 2 years.
