The Neillsville Public Library held a successful Bike Safety Event.
The event had 40 kids in attendance. Many Bikes were fixed up by Mr. Dean Glaze, many kids were learning how to use hand signals with stop and go on an obstacle course from Mrs. Judy Lindner and Officer Guyer, and all learned excellent bike safety tips from Mrs. Susan Backaus.
They had 3 bikes to give away and many helmets and bike accessories. They say thanks again to all that gave time and donated items for the give away especially the Neillsville Police Department and Neillsville Recreation Department for the help with planning.
