Marshfield Man Appears in Court for Threatening Another Man with a Gun

-A Marshfield man facing charges for allegedly threatening another man with a gun appeared in Wood County Court on Tuesday.The incident took place earlier this month at the home of the victim at 404 West Cleveland Street. According to the Marshfield Police Department, Andrew Netzer threatened the victim while pointing a gun at him. Netzer was arrested at his home and a search discovered the handgun from the incident. Neter has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, reckless endangerment with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
Probable cause was found during his preliminary hearing on Tuesday, so his court proceedings will continue. He also entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’ll be back in court at the beginning of April.
