Neillsville School Board Approves Memorandum of Understanding

-The Neillsville School Board approved several items at their meeting on Monday.The board approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Marshfield Clinic Inc.’s Child Advocacy Center. The Child Advocacy Center is a Trauma Care Center. This agreement between the district and Marshfield Clinic would have professionals come to the school to help students and other times students would go to the clinic. They would share information on the students with the district. The board also approved the 2018-19 school year calendar. Next year’s calendar is similar to this years’ with a few minor changes. The board approved the course handbooks for both in house and online classes.
Finally, the board approved the lots for the members up for re-election this spring and they approved a Field Trip for the 7th grade to Festival of Nations in Minnesota.
