USDA November Crop Report

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The November average price received by farmers for corn in Wisconsin was $3.12 per bushel, according to the latest USDA Agricultural Prices report. This was down 14-cents from October and four-cents lower than the previous November.

Soybeans averaged $9.40 per bushel, up 18-cents for the month and two-cents for the year.

The oat price was $2.99 per bushel, 11-cents more than October and $1.14 above November 2016.

All hay prices in Wisconsin averaged $131.00 per ton in November, up $19.00 from October and $36.00 more than last November. The alfalfa hay price averaged $138.00 per ton, up $17.00 for the month and $38.00 for the year. The other hay price was $103.00, $11.00 more than October's price and $33.00 higher than in 2016.
