A Greenwood man charged with possession of child pornography was found not competent to stand trial in Clark County Court.
According to court records, law enforcement received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce back in October of 2020. They searched a drop box and found 28 images and one video of child pornography. Justin Dunlap was charged in February of this year.
During his court appearance, Dunlap was found not competent to stand trial. However, a judge believed Dunlap could regain competency with the proper treatment. His status will be reviewed at 3, 6, and 9 months.
