Black River Falls Man Sentenced for Sexual Assault

A Black River Falls man charged with sexual assault appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.
According to court records, Kegan Fogleson allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on July 25th of last year. Fogleson initially denied anything happened, but later stated the encounter was consensual.
Fogleson was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, false imprisonment with use of a dangerous weapon and bail jumping. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 2 years in state prison followed by 2 years of extended supervision.
