Charges Dropped Against Man Accused of Multiple Robberies in Taylor County

-A man arrested in Abbotsford on a probation warrant and accused of being involved in multiple robberies had the charges against him in Taylor County dropped.Back in May of 2015, Wayne Timm, was arrested in Abbotsford, on a probation warrant for his activity in multiple burglaries to area businesses. Timm was a suspect in several cases that occurred in Taylor, Clark, Marathon and Price Counties between March 1st and May 18th of 2015.
The charges of burglary of a building or dwelling and theft of moveable property in Taylor County were dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion due to lack of merit. Timm will be back in court in Clark County this week and Marathon County in May of 2018.
