Marshfield Teens Arrested After Marijuana Mailed to Them

(WDLB) -Two Marshfield teenagers are facing charges after marijuana was delivered to their residence from California.Police executed a search warrant last Monday, November 27th at 2702 South Maple Avenue. An investigation in conjunction with the U-St Postal Inspectors Office revealed that a package containing approximately one pound of marijuana was ordered from California and sent to the South Maple Avenue address.
Upon delivery of the package and subsequent execution of the warrant, 18-year-old Jared Johnsrud and 19-year-old Mathew Badertscher were arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Charges have been requested through the Wood County District Attorney’s Office.
