Woman Dies in Wood County Crash

The Wood County Sheriff’s Department reports that a woman has died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash on Thursday afternoon in the Town of Saratoga. Officials say she failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign and was struck in the driver’s side of the car by a pick up truck. The driver of the truck was not injured in the accident.
