Man Arrested After Drug Investigation Appears in Clark County Court

-A man arrested after a drug investigation appeared in Clark County Court on Wednesday.Back in February, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N16270 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Hixon. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Three adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Kyle Smith. He has been charged with three counts of possession.
Smith appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. Probably cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He’ll be back in court next week for arraignment.
