Friday, November 10th, 2017 -- 9:01 AM
-The Granton Village Board discussed an MSA invoice at their meeting on Wednesday.According to the unofficial minutes from the meeting, an invoice from MSA was sent late summer regarding the PE-300 report. The village requested an explanation for this bill during a meeting with MSA. The bill included labor for two people who had not been involved in the PE-300 report to date. It also included labor for another person. MSA was not able to explain these charges during the meeting and agreed to research and advise.
When no explanation was given the board sent two letters officially requesting an explanation and still no explanation was given. A copy of the letters were requested and provided. The company apologized that no one from MSA contacted the village to advise that the bill had been written off. There was no further discussion.
