Black River Falls Man Enters Plea for Possession of Child Pornography

-A Black River Falls man arrested for possession of child pornography appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.According to investigators, Robert Folberg was charged with 5 counts of possession of child pornography after the items were found on several electronic devices in his home. During his court appearance on Monday, Folberg was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, on count of possession of child pornography.
The other 4 counts were dismissed but read in. Folberg is scheduled for sentencing on January 22nd.
