Fairchild Woman Sentenced for Overdose Death

-A Fairchild woman found guilty after a jury trial in Clark County Court for the death of a Fairchild man has been sentenced.In January of 2013, 20-year-old William Wilkinson-Hurst was found dead in his home and an exam determined that he died of an overdose from the drug fentanyl. Jessica Scoville, and a man from Black River Falls, supplied the drug to Hurst. Scoville was charged with 1st reckless homicide/deliver drugs.
Back in August of this year, she was found guilty of the charge by a jury. On Wednesday, she was sentenced to 55 months in state prison, 55 months of extended supervision and she also owes the courts $891.
