The Owen-Withee School Board approved a wage increase for their teachers at their meeting on Monday.At the September board meeting the Board agreed to offer the OWEA for teachers a 2% total wage increase, or 1.26% on base wage and .74% on supplemental pay. The OWEA voted to accept the offer and the board voted to approve the agreement. Also, at the September board meeting the board agreed to offer the district’s support staff a 2% total wage increase, or 1.26% on base wage and .74% on supplemental pay. The OWEA voted to accept the offer and the board voted to approve the agreement.
At the September board meeting the board agreed to offer the administrative staff a 2% wage increase. The board voted to approve the agreement. And finally, at the September board meeting the board agreed to offer the co-curricular staff a 2% wage increase. The board voted to approve the agreement.
