Black River Falls Woman Appears in Court for Hit and Run

-A Black River Falls woman arrested for a hit and run that resulted in injuries to a pedestrian appeared in Jackson County Court on Monday.According to the Sheriff’s Department, Kristine Eddy is in the Jackson County Jail. On May 20th, she hit Rhiana Lloyd of Taylor who was flown to the hospital. Witnesses helped authorities track Eddy’s vehicle which had left the scene after the accident. Eddy has been charged with aggravated battery and hit and run.
During her court appearance on Monday, she waived a preliminary hearing and entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her during the arraignment. She also requested a lower bond of $1,000, but the judged had it remain at $2,500.
