Monday, October 23rd, 2017 -- 1:14 PM

-One person missing since being released from the hospital after an accident has turned himself into authorities.

On October 13th, 31-year-old Jacob Person and 31-year-old Tasha Ley were involved in an accident when their SUV attempted to pass a tractor on Bridge Road in the Township of Hixon. The SUV struck the tractor and rolled several times, ejecting Ley. She was killed in the accident. Person was taken to the hospital for his injuries, but the Marshfield Medical Center failed to notify the Sheriff’s Department that he was released. Jacob had been wanted by the Sheriff’s Department since then.

However, on Friday, October 20th, Person turned himself in at the Clark County Courthouse. He appeared in court for a bail hearing and was given a $10,000 cash bail. He’s currently in the Clark County Jail awaiting his next court appearance.
