Neillsville School Board Discusses Employment Matters

-The Neillsville School Board discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the hiring of Tim Luchterhand for a night custodial position, Adam Kren for a middle school boys’ basketball coaching position, Jessica Brown for a middle school softball coaching position, Kendra Pfeiffer for an assistant high school softball coaching position and Adam Luchterhand for the head track and field coaching position. They also approved the resignation of Heather Davel Langreck from her head track and field coaching position and Matt Diestler from his middle school boys’ basketball coaching position.
The board was also introduced to the district’s new math teacher at the beginning of the meeting. Also, a Neillsville resident was in attendance and made a few comments during the appearances portion of the meeting. He was angry about the toilet papering that occurred during homecoming and he wondered if kids in elementary and high school were being taught about America’s heritage due to the high number of protest happening around the nation.
