Marshfield Man Sentenced for Battery Incident

-A Marshfield man was sentenced for a battery incident in Wood County Court.According to court records, Dustine Mayhone was arrested on August 29th of last year near the Wildwood Park’s Upper Pond after he broke a no contact order and threatened a woman with a knife. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were also discovered after he was arrested.
Mayhone pleaded guilty to a possession with intent/heroin charge. Four other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison and 6 years of extended supervision. He also owes the courts $1,288.50.
