Report of Officers at Neillsville Common Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard several reports at their meeting on Tuesday.

The council heard the Officer Reports from Neillsville Police Chief Scott Klueckmann. For the month of September, the department had 119 complaints, 45 service calls, 40 traffic citations, 74 traffic warnings, 5 crash investigations, 13 ordinance citations, 4 adult arrests, 0 cases referred to the D.A.’s office, 8 juvenile cases and 36 parking citations. These numbers were mostly in line with September of 2016.

Some other notable activity included an update on an incident regarding a former Memorial Medical Center employee, officers talking a suicidal man off of the Black River Bridge, a motor vehicle theft, the chief being a part of law enforcement leadership panel and, besides from toilet papering, Homecoming went well.
