Search Warrant Leads to One Arrest in Loyal

-On Thursday, October 5, 2017, at about 11:37 am, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Loyal Police Department executed a search warrant at N9536 County Highway K Apt. 1 in the Township of Loyal. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.Upon searching the residence, drugs, numerous items of drug paraphernalia and a handgun were located.
Brandon J Allen, 32 yrs. old, was arrested as a result of the investigation. Brandon was referred to the District Attorney’s Office for Possession of THC with Intent to deliver, Felon in possession of a firearm, Maintaining a drug house, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Brandon is currently in the Clark County Jail awaiting his bond hearing.
