Possession Charges for Thorp Woman Dismissed

-A Thorp woman charged with possession had the charges against her dismissed.Back in January, the Stanley Police Department and Taylor County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of South Broadway Street in Stanley. Officers discovered meth in the home and arrested Nicole Spath and Zene Wiese. They are facing possession charges. The departments also recommended charges against Brandon Hudson and Misty Lane for possession and maintain a drug trafficking place.
During Lane’s court appearance on Tuesday, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion. Hudson was sentenced back in July, Spath will be back in court next week and Wiese was in court yesterday as well. No future court date was set for him at this time.
