Clark County Land Parcels Up for Bids

Clark County is accepting sealed bids for two plots of land near Rock Dam.The bids are for 2.37 acres of Lot 1 of CSM 1412 located in the Town of Foster. The minimum bid is $24,500. The other is for .549 acres of Lot 1 CSM 2607 located in Section 14 in the Town of Foster. The minimum bid is $35,000 for that one. All property is sold “as is” and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine any defects in title or property prior to bidding. Bids must be submitted on the official Clark County Bid Form.
All bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, money order or certified check in the amount of 20% of gross bid, payable to Clark County’s Clerk, Christina Jensen. The balance of the winning bid is due within 30 days of sale date. All bids need to be in by 4:30pm on October 24th.
