Neillsville Man Charged With 7th OWI Appears in Clark County Court

A Neillsville man charged with his 7th OWI appeared in Clark County Court on Friday.

According to court records, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department pulled 61-year-old Robert Kaiser over for driving 75mph in a 55mph zone on Highway 73 after they received complaints of an intoxicated man on a motorcycle. Kaiser was on probation and had a .02 restriction with revoked status from the DOT.

Kaiser is facing charges of 7th offense OWI.  A $5,000 cash bond was set against him.  During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue.  He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her.
