Spencer Man Involved in High Speed Chase Appears in Wood County Court

-A Spencer man that led authorities on a high speed chase appeared in Wood County Court on Monday.Back in August, the Marshfield Police Department began pursuing Kurt Fehrenbach through the streets of Marshfield when attempts to stop him were unsuccessful. The chase lasted 2.5 miles and last seven minutes; it ended when Fehrenbach drove off the road.
Fehrenbach was charged with vehicle fleeing and officer. During his preliminary hearing and arraignment on Monday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charge against him and he’ll be back in court in December.
