Marshfield Man Appears in Wood County Court for 9th OWI

-A Marshfield man appeared in Wood County Court on Wednesday for his 9th OWI.41-year-old Jeffrey Adams was arrested at the end of August after a significant amount of beer cans were found opened and crushed in a vehicle that had been loaned to him. Authorities were called because the owner of the vehicle had asked for the vehicle back. Adams had threatened to harm the owner after he found out the authorities were called. When Adams was pulled over he had a BAC of .208.
Adams has been charged with his 9th OWI and operating while revoked. Probable cause was found during his preliminary hearing so his case will continue. He also entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him and he’ll be back in court later this month.
