Withee Woman Sentenced for Possession

-A Withee Woman arrested after a drug investigation was sentenced in Clark County Court on Tuesday.Back in February, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N16270 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Hixon. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Three adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Amy Turner.
Turner pleaded guilty to a charge of possession with intent. Two other charges were dismissed but read in. She was sentenced to 4 years’ probation with 90 days of conditional jail time. She was also sentenced to 4 years extended supervision and she has an imposed and stayed jail sentence of 4 years. She owes the courts $176.
