-The Neillsville School Board approved several items to get ready for the quickly approaching new school year. The board approved their district technology agreements, which allow students to be a part of the district’s one-to-world technology program. This is the program that gives the younger students iPads to use during the school year and older students Chromebooks. There was a slight change with the policy. Students will now have to pay a $10 fee for any accidental damage done to their device and they’ll have to pay full price if the device is intentionally damaged or destroyed.
The board also approved the district’s membership to the Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance with the cost being the same as last year. They also approved the yearbook prices with the cost being the same as last year. They approved the bus routes, which includes 9 regular routes, 3 noon routes and 1 special needs route. These were the same as last year as well.
