Tuesday, July 25th, 2017 -- 11:47 AM
-Clark County’s Fairest of the Fair coronation is almost here once again.I spoke with Montana Elmhorst and she talked about her year as Fairest of the Fair. She said it was a lot of fun, but very busy. She attended over 70 events and was in a lot of parades. But she said her year as Fairest of the Fair helped her build confidence as she had to do a lot of public speaking. She also said that seeing the smiles on kids faces during parades always made the day better.
She also stated that she’ll take that confidence with her when her time as Fairest of the Fair is over and use it to help her in her future endeavors. Montana also said she made many wonderful friends during the past year. As to this year's contestants, she said they should dress to impress, but dress comfortably, bring an umbrella and enjoy your year because it will go fast. Coming up on Tuesday, we’ll hear about this year’s contestants for Clark County’s Fairest of the Fair.
