Citizen's State Bank of Loyal Sponsoring Coloring Contest for Neillsville's Heritage Days

-Citizen’s State Bank of Loyal is sponsoring a child and adult coloring contest for Neillsville’s Heritage Days.You can pick up a coloring page at Citizen’s State Bank and then return it by this Thursday, July 6th, to receive a gift. There are a few rules for the child’s contest. Children between the age of 3 and 12 can participate, children of Citizen’s employees cannot enter, entries must be in by July 6th, and judge’s decisions are final.
The winner will be announced at the Heritage Days Parade and the contest runs until July 6th.
