Transportation Contract and More at Neillsville School Board Meeting

-The Neillsville School Board approved several items in preparation of the next school year at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the Transportation Contract with Granton. There was a 2.4% increase in the contract because the Neillsville School District saw that increase in labor costs. The board also approved the updates to the K-6 Student Handbook and approved their membership in the WASB, which saw a small increase, and their membership in the AEF, which had no increase.
They also approved their depositories, which are banks in Neillsville including Citizen’s State Bank of Loyal, Unity Bank, BMO Harris Bank and Associated Bank. A temporary Fund 10 budget of $10.6 million was also approved.
