Many Items Discussed at Clark County Tourism Meeting

-The Clark County Tourism Committee discussed several topics at their meeting on Wednesday.They discussed an ongoing barn project in which they document all of Clark County’s barns including old, new and fallen down barns. They also plan on doing a barn quilt project in the near future. They held a discussion on Farm Tech Days being held in Wood County next year and Eau Claire County in 2020. It was stated that Bloomin’ Greenhouses continues to do well and they’ve begun work on their Fall Harvest Moon Tour. They have more funds to use this year thanks to a JEM grant from the state.
Finally, they discussed the great response they received from the Midwest Living Magazine ad and the other ads placed in various travel magazines.
