Convicted Sex Offender Released in Marshfield

-A man convicted of sexual assault was released into the Marshfield community on Tuesday.22-year-old Jacob Stanley, formerly of Neillsville, was convicted for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl. Back in June of 2014, Stanley was sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision for second degree sexual assault of a child and causing a child to view sexual activity.
Stanley will be monitored electronically and he is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18. Also, he cannot be in taverns and cannot drink alcohol.
