Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 -- 8:22 AM
For the second year in a row, Marshfield Area United Way is thrilled to announce a family will lead the United Way Campaign.Jason and Kim Angell, and their children Parker and Addison, will serve as Campaign Drive Chairs this fall. Jason and Kim, both natives of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, have been members of the Marshfield community for the past nine years. Jason is the Director of Development Services for the City of Marshfield and Kim is an X-ray Technologist at the hospital. Parker, 10, and Addie, 8, attend Washington Elementary School. Both children enjoy playing sports, being outdoors and hanging out with their friends.
At first, the family felt conflicted about the opportunity to be Drive Chairs for the United Way Campaign. However, after much consideration, the Angell’s decided that leading the United Way Campaign is not only a great responsibility but also a great opportunity to give back to the community and an unbelievable opportunity for their children to be involved with something that will instill values within them that will stay with them forever.
