Organizational Matters at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board took care of some organizational matters at their meeting on Wednesday.Forward Financial bank was named as the official depository, the district newsletter and TRG as the official newspapers, Weld Riley was retained as the legal advisor and school board meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 pm in the board room inside the high school. The board also made several appointments including Sarah Shaw as the WASB Delegate with Dawn Jacobson as the alternate, Mark Shain as the CESA 10 Representative, Dawn Jacobson as the CWETN Representative and Dean Lindner as the ESEA Representative.
The board members were also placed on the various committees including Lindner and Delo on Employee Relations, Shain and Shaw on Building and Grounds, Shain and Jacobson on Curriculum and Instruction, Lindner and Shaw on Co-Curricular and Delo and Jacobson on Transportation and Safety. Co-Curricular Committee met on April 12th and they completed the work and sent a final draft to the board for approval. The Building & Grounds Committee met on May 1st. Specific repair and replacement projects were discussed and prioritized for summer completion.
