Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers Graduates New Students

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program has graduated six new and one returning students.The program, which is the nation's only advanced training course of its kind for experienced cheesemakers, now has 65 active Masters in Wisconsin. Ryan LaGrander of LaGrander’s Hillside Dairy was one of those graduates.
The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program is administered by the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research and funded by Wisconsin dairy producers, through the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.
