Administrators' Reports at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting last week.Elementary Principal Lance Batchelor reported to the board on the SIR, or School-Wide Implementation Review, meeting that looked at progress being made in the areas of math and reading at the elementary school. Summer School registration has concluded with students schedules being finalized. The Accelerated Reader outing will take place on Friday, May 26th. Students will be going to Marshfield to roller skate or go to the YMCA. The end of the year awards assembly will take place on Thursday, June 1st at 1:15 PM in the elementary gym.
Jr/Sr High Dean of Students Julie Van Ark reported on Community Service day to be held on Wednesday, May 17th, the Junior High Recognition Dinner that took place on Wednesday, May 10th and the Senior Banquet that will take place on Wednesday, May 24th. She also gave a wrap up of the final few days with seniors prior to graduation.
