Nutz Deep II Recognized by MACCI as Small Business of the Year

-Congratulations to Nutz Deep II for being honored by the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry.MACCI’s 30th Annual Small Business of the Year Recognition was celebrated Wednesday morning. Nutz Deep II was selected and celebrated as the small business of the year. Nutz Deep started as a business in the early 1980’s with three people. It now employs 45 full and part-time employees, and the family-owned business has Nutz Deep Two in Marshfield, Nutz Deep North in Spencer and the Swamp Bar as well.
The awards for Nutz Deep Two might not be over with for this week, either. The family-owned operation is nominated for several awards in the 2017 Best of Marshfield tourism awards, including Best Burger, Best Fish Fry, Best Old-Fashioned, and Best Reuben sandwich. The “Best of Marshfield” awards will be announced tonight during the Marshfield Convention and Visitors Bureau’s annual tourism banquet at the Holiday Inn.
Many other Marshfield businesses were nominated for the 2017 Best of Marshfield local awards in different categories.
