Owen-Withee School Board Hears Administrators' Reports

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting last week.District Administrator Bob Houts apologized for only recognizing Travis Engel as a Kohl Fellowship recipient at the March meeting. Mrs. Swartz and Josiah Goerlitz weren’t aware of their awards at the time of the March meeting. Pay statements were placed at each Board members seats before the meeting. Board members should check the list of meetings on the list for accuracy and return them to either Stacy Rasmussen of Mr. Houts.
Also, the schedule for the reroofing project had to be changed because of the make-up day on April 17th. Originally, Mauer’s Roofing was going to begin the elementary on April 14th and continue on April 17th with removal of the ballast from the roof. But, because the district was in school on April 17th, they will being on the high school end of the building around May 1st. Finally, a thank you card, sent by the girls’ basketball team was circulated around the board table.
