A Withee Woman arrested after a drug investigation appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.Back in February, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N16270 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Hixon. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Three adults were arrested as a result of the investigation including Amy Turner who was referred to the District Attorney’s Office for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
During her court appearance on Thursday, Turner entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her.
