Black River Falls Students Named as Presidential Awardees
Thursday, May 20th, 2021 -- 8:01 AM
Congratulations to the Black River Falls Fifth Grade, Eighth Grade, and Senior Presidential Awardees.
One of the best days out of the school year is the opportunity to celebrate and recognize the Presidential Academic Excellence students. This award is a national recognition of the high achievement of these students.
Not only do they need to maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, they also need to score in the top 15 percentile of a nationally normed assessment. The recognition is awarded to students in the existing grades; thus the fifth, eighth and senior students being recognized.
These students exemplify students demonstrating the grit that it takes to take advantage of all of the opportunities available to them, and succeed at high levels. Congratulations to our 2021 Presidential Award Honorees and Thank You for Inspiring Excellence.
