Minnesota Man Arrested in Osseo Appeared in Trempealeau County Court

A Minnesota man arrested after a traffic stop near Osseo appeared in Trempealeau County Court on Tuesday.
According to the Osseo Police Department, back in March, they stopped a vehicle heading down I-94 for a traffic violation. One of the passengers in the vehicle admitted they had small amounts of marijuana.
A search of the vehicle also found drug paraphernalia, 57 grams of cocaine and a loaded firearm reported stolen from Cass County in Minnesota. The driver of the vehicle, Christian Berry of Minnesota, and the two passengers, Bobbie Patton of Minnesota and Michael Sanchez, were all arrested.
Berry appeared in court on Tuesday and is facing charges of possession, receiving stolen property, misappropriate ID, and resisting an officer. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on July 19th.
Sanchez is scheduled to be in court on June 10th and Patton is scheduled to be in court on June 9th.
