Clark County Drug Investigation Results in Three Arrests

-On Thursday February 23rd, around 5:30am, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at N16270 Fairground Avenue in the Township of Hixon.The search warrant was a result of an ongoing drug investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Three adults were arrested as a result of the investigation. 34-year-old Amy Turner was referred to the District Attorney’s Office for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. 27-year-old Kyle Smith was referred for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. 32-year-old Travis J. Mendez was arrested on a probation violation.
Amy was given a cash bail of $7,500 and has a Probation Hold placed on her. Kyle was given a $7,500 cash bail and has an active Taylor County Warrant. Both Amy and Kyle are currently in the Clark County Jail. Travis has had his probation hold lifted and was released the next day.
