Marshfield Man Cited for Soliciting Sex in Arizona

(WDLB) -A Marshfield man has been cited for soliciting sex online in Arizona.68-year-old Ken Schultz was cited and released on January 30th, after police said he was caught soliciting prostitution, and instead contacted an undercover detective. Schultz faces misdemeanor charges for prostitution and solicitation. Police said they found an online advertisement posted on Craigslist in which a man was soliciting sex in exchange for money. A police detective responded to the advertisement posing as a 34-year-old female.
During text and email conversations, Schultz allegedly said he would pay 100-dollars for one hour of sex. On January 30th, detectives agreed to meet with Schultz. Several police officers surrounded the location and waited for him to arrive. They eventually surrounded Schultz’s vehicle and took him into custody. Schultz was then booked, issued a criminal citation and released from custody due to medical issues. Schultz owned Ken’s Siding Specialist, and recently retired.
