The Owen-Withee School Board began their meeting on Wednesday with a presentation.Owen-Withee Guidance Counselor Morgan Mueller presented the 2017 state required testing schedule as requested by the board. The Forward exam will be given to grades 3-8 and 10. This test includes English/Language Arts and Math in grades 3-8, Science in grades 4 and 8 and Social studies in grade 10.
The ACT Aspire will be given in grades 9 and 10, testing English, Reading, Math, Science and Writing. The ACT Plus Writing will be given to all junior, testing Math, English, Reading, Science and Writing and the ACT WorkKeys will be given to juniors, testing Applied Math, Locating Information and Reading for Information. Testing will start in late-February and finish in mid-May.
