Donations and More at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board heard about several donations at their meeting on Monday.“Thank You” letters will be sent to Sharon Rogers for the donation of art supplies, Tricor Insurance for the monetary donation to the elementary school student council and the middle/high school advisory activity accounts and to Forward Financial Bank for its donation to the Outdoor Classroom Learning center project. The board also approved a list of 11 volunteers.
The board approved some field trips including the Spanish Club to the Festival of Nations event in St. Paul, the Science Department will send a team of students to the UW-Madison Summer Science Camp and the Lake Sturgeon Bowl team trip to Duluth. Finally, the board received the annual audit review presentation from Schenk Accounting.
